I bring my herbal knowledge to this process and will create a freshness to your process whether you are buying or selling with me. This includes herbal cleansing or your home & land + duct cleaning. Buying a property or listing a property.
Photography -
I had my own photography business for 8 years. I will bring my photography skills to the help you sell your home. Your photos are the first step in a potential buyer looking in on their future HOME. This is a very important step that can make or break the right buyer from showing interest. This is included in all my listings.
Declutter & Align -
I am a space creating genius!! I have been doing this my entire life. As one who cherishes home - the importance of how your space feels is imperative to the buying process. Based in Feng Shui energetics, I will help you clear out the clutter and create a space that attracts the right buyer for your property. (P.S. I am really good at this!!) This includes an organizer coming in to help you clear, myself helping you stage and place, + duct cleaning. Listings only.
